HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ?

To book a tattoo appointment, simply fill out the contact form with your tattoo ideas, preferred placement and approximate size. I will then contact you to organise a consultation and discuss your custom tattoo design in more detail.

WHAT DOES THE CONSULTATION INVOLVE ?

I provide complimentary consultations that run for approximately 30 minutes. During your consult we will discuss your ideas, design direction, placement, sizing, pricing and estimated tattoo session time. Consultations are designed to help create a custom tattoo that suits both your vision and the flow of the body.

WILL I NEED TO BOOK STRAIGHT AWAY ?

There is no obligation to book immediately after your consultation unless you would like to move forward with a custom tattoo design. To secure a tattoo appointment and begin the custom design process, a deposit is required.

HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT ?

A $100 deposit is required for all appointments. Your deposit secures your booking date and will be deducted from the final price of your tattoo session.

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE ?

Tattoo pricing varies depending on the size, placement, detail and complexity of the design. I have a minimum charge of $150 for all tattoos. My hourly rate is $220 per hour, with a discounted day session rate of $1200 for up to 6 hours for larger scale custom tattoo work completed over multiple sessions.

 Large scale tattoos and custom projects are best discussed during your tattoo consultation, where I can provide a more accurate quote based on your ideas and design requirements.

WHAT WILL I NEED TO DO PRIOR TO MY APPOINTMENT ?

Before your tattoo appointment, please avoid sunburn, fake tan and cosmetic procedures on the area being tattooed. For longer tattoo sessions, it is recommended that you eat beforehand, stay hydrated and bring water or snacks if needed.

 Arriving well rested and hydrated will help make your tattoo session more comfortable and improve the overall experience.

ARE TATTOOS PAINFUL ?

All tattoos involve some level of discomfort, however most clients find the process manageable and well worth it. Pain levels can vary depending on the placement, size and detail of the tattoo, as well as individual pain tolerance.

 If needed there are tattoo numbing products available that may help make your tattoo session more comfortable. Once the tattoo is complete, any discomfort will gradually settle as the area begins to heal.

WHAT DOES THE AFTERCARE INVOLVE ?

Proper tattoo aftercare is important to help your tattoo heal correctly and maintain the quality of the ink. After your tattoo appointment, your tattoo will be cleaned and dressed and I will explain the recommended aftercare process.

 Once the dressing is removed, gently wash your tattoo with warm water and a mild fragrance free cleanser, then pat dry with a clean towel. Apply a thin layer of tattoo aftercare balm 2-3 times daily during the healing process.

 While your tattoo heals, avoid swimming, excessive sun exposure and picking or scratching your tattoo. Most tattoos heal within approximately 2-4 weeks with proper care.
